Lume Membership Policy

Disclaimer of Responsibility for Transactions Between Members

Lume functions as an ecosystem for growth and connection across its four verticals: Consultancy, Networking, Concierge, and Education & Internship. However, unless Lume is directly involved in the execution of a service, partnership, or transaction, our responsibility is limited.

1. Lume’s Role in Transactions

Lume enables opportunities for business, collaboration, and curated experiences. However, unless you have formally partnered with Lume for a specific project, or availed Lume Concierge services where we are directly involved in coordinating, facilitating, or executing the deliverables, Lume shall not be held accountable for the outcome of any transaction, business deal, or engagement initiated through our platform or among our members.

• Independent Transactions Between Members

All member-to-member, guest-to-member, or participant-to- participant transactions conducted through connections built at Lume events, platforms, or services are independent and outside the scope of Lume’s accountability. We only take responsibility for engagements where Lume is a direct party to the deal or has been commissioned to manage or execute the service on your behalf (such as in concierge bookings or consulting mandates handled by Lume Project Private Limited).

• No Liability for Private Deals

Lume does not guarantee, validate, or mediate private arrangements. We are not liable for any losses, defaults, legal issues, delivery failures, or disputes arising from individual decisions made between members, guests, or any third-party connections made via the Lume platform.

• Cancellations by Lume:

Lume reserves the right to cancel memberships or participation in any of its services in case of:

• Breach of terms
  • Violation of ethical conduct
  • Misuse of platform privileges

In such cases, no refund shall be issued, and future access may be permanently revoked.

General Member Obligations

• All members are expected to conduct their transactions in compliance

with local laws, tax obligations, and professional ethics.

• Members must use their own due diligence and judgment when engaging in any business, financial, or collaborative relationships.
