Minutes of Pure Immersion
Healing Modalities Combined
In a world of constant noise, true luxury is stillness. A Sound Bath is more than meditation—it is a physiological reset. Through therapeutic vibrations from singing bowls and harmonic chimes, your nervous system gently shifts from survival mode into deep restoration.
Slip into a theta brainwave state—the space between waking and sleep— where the mind softens, creativity opens, and deep healing can occur.
Let resonant frequencies move through the body, helping release accumulated tension and reduce the physiological effects of stress.
Move beyond simple relaxation into a restorative state that supports better sleep, emotional clarity, and a balanced nervous system.
Ninety minutes. A curated group. A safe container. Here is how the experience unfolds.
We begin with subtle breathwork and gentle awareness practices to help you arrive fully in your body and release the noise of the day.
Experience 60 minutes of continuous sound therapy using alchemy crystal bowls and resonant gongs designed to guide the nervous system into deep restoration.
We close with a gentle return to awareness, herbal tea, and space for quiet reflection—allowing the experience to settle into the body.
